Awesome Service advisor! I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was my service advisor and let me tell you, this guy is awesome! He was so knowledgeable and professional since the minute I arrived, when I arrived, he was there waiting for me and he answered all my questions and provided me with all the deatils. I have to say this time, my experience was super, my car is running and function totally smooth after the recall, they also did an overall vehicle inspection. I also want to thank the specialist who worked on my car, he did a marvelous job, not even a single scratch, thank you all for making this a memorable experience! More

Brett Honeycut helped talk through our options and Chase Wright made finalizing everything simple and easy. I never felt pressured and everyone was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Representative Adam was MIA I came in for a 69k and asked to have my inspection done also. I had an appointment and was assured it would take less than an hour and a half. When I I came in for a 69k and asked to have my inspection done also. I had an appointment and was assured it would take less than an hour and a half. When I returned two hours later Adam was nowhere to be found and my car wasn’t done. Long story short, I was there for over 3 hours and never got my inspection done. I was told I had to come back in two days because they’d already reset the computer? This is our second poor experience at this dealership. More
