Then my problem-NOT THEIRS- began. We had our identity stolen and had credit freezes. I could not get one of the credit freezes lifted and was in a panic I would lose the car. Jack and Arttie both I think talked me down off the ledge and Audi was going to work with me. Jack was very efficient helping us fill out the credit application and Mike in finance could not have made it simpler.
