When I arrived to take possession of the vehicle the entire team was welcoming and treated us like family. Financing was easy, and state of the art with the document signing board. We never felt pressured or the "sales pitch" you receive in many dealerships. The car is perfect and we are even considering future Audi purchases which we would only do at Audi Dallas with Dusty. Our experience purchasing a 2020 Audi Q3 was fantastic. Bo Jacobs was one of the best sales associates I've worked with through this entire car buying process. Neither Bo or the finance manager put pressure on us to purchase additional add-ons. Bo made sure that our trade in deal was one that we felt good about and didn't feel like we were screwed over. We never felt locked in to anything and really respected the transparency from him. What was nice was Bo was previously a technologist at Audi, which we really liked because he had in depth knowledge about every Audi in there, he was able to show us every feature in the car we purchased.
