My experience was nothing less than perfect! Andy is a great Service Advisor. He arranged ALTO shuttle to and from Audi and kept me informed throughout. He is polite, courteous and efficient! From the moment I arrived to the time I left the dealer, everyone was great, the consumate professionals. They answered my questions, explained and did not do any unnecessary work and even explained a few o everyone was great, the consumate professionals.
