Horrible with communication. Had a 4 pm appointment yesterday for a possible bad battery. I had to call and follow up with them today and they still have not even done a simple d Had a 4 pm appointment yesterday for a possible bad battery. I had to call and follow up with them today and they still have not even done a simple dynastic to say if it was the battery or not. So now I’m without a car nor they don’t have any loners till mid oct. and will not even look at my car until Thursday or even Friday. SMH. They need better communication if they need more time!!! He said I’ve got a tech that is free we can get you in and out 45 minutes… my max tim change but I’m not sure I have time… so we went over to Marvin! The appointment was easy to make. When I arrived, they had the ordered parts. The service advisor estimated 2.5 hours. She was incorrect. It was only 1.75 hours.
