I took the car in for an oil change and 40k check. They found a serious leaking problem in the engine and it needed rear brakes. My service manager, Kyle, rushed to get me a loaner that I needed for the ne found a serious leaking problem in the engine and it needed rear brakes. While I love my new car, the GSM was not pleasant to work with. He was abrasive, disrespectful, and condescending. Additionally, the person we worked with in finance lied to us about pricing. Our salesman was kind and accommodating, but did not go above and beyond the way I would have expected at a luxury dealership. It appears that others have had more pleasant experiences than I, so I am hopeful that future interactions during my 3-year lease will be more enjoyable. More
