Scheduled a service appointment online and spoke to the scheduling agent. When I arrived for my appointment they told me it would be at least 7 days before anyone could look at my car. I said I would come back in seven days but they said I had to leave the car there. Why make an appointment if it's not honored in a timely manner or at least advise me that it's going to take a week. And no loaner cars. Horrible. More
