I purchased a vehicle at Audi Dallas. The experience was immensely impressive. When I drove up there was valet parking. A doorman held the door, named John. He offered wonderful customer and walked with me and provided directions on where to go. I next spoke to Sam at the front desk. She immediately offered me a drink of water and a seat to wait for Matthew Hollings. Matthew did an outstanding job allowing me to view the Q3 right off the truck. He ensure I understood each step and kept me company while going through the process. He is a top notch salesman! Ricardo the finance person was detailed and explained everything. I don’t want to forget about Bret he was the first person I spoke to and he got me in the door. I just wanted to tell you that the Dallas Audi is World Class and I enjoyed the experience. They are providing superior service! More
