$150 Diagnostic fee for an obvious twisted seat belt. Took my 2016 A6 in for warrantied - CPU update service. Somehow my passenger seatbelt was twisted and I asked them to untwist it. They told me it woul Took my 2016 A6 in for warrantied - CPU update service. Somehow my passenger seatbelt was twisted and I asked them to untwist it. They told me it would cost $150 to diagnose the problem ( twisted seatbelt ) not including the labor charge to actually untwist it. The service rep didn't believe it would take a full hour so the labor charge would "only" be about $75 . The estimate total charge to untwist the seatbelt : $225 ? Ridiculous !! More
