First Audi check up! Entire experience was very pleasant. The receptionist was so helpful and since I had not been there before for a check up/oil change, he steered me i Entire experience was very pleasant. The receptionist was so helpful and since I had not been there before for a check up/oil change, he steered me in the right direction. The service rep was most helpful and offered a loaner which I did not need. The wait was great, drank tea, did some work and the car was ready very quickly. I explained to him that I still had the rubber mats in that were there when I purchased the car and would like to change to the carpeted ones. He made sure that was done. Before I left I again spoke to the receptionist and explained my frustration with the navigation/phone details. He immediately called Gary Smith who took a lot of time explaining and helping me to set and understand the system ----What a relief that was and gave me a sense of security while driving. The bonus was having the car washed!! More
