Pleasant as can be I came in for a recall service, and waited while the work was being done. The process timing and next steps were well explained. The surprise and delight came when the service rep offered to make me a cup of coffee. Later they pointed out additional work that I'd missed and covered by Audi Care. They were a delight to deal with, everything was taken care of in about an hour, and my car was returned almost as clean as the day I bought it. More
