So, I was scheduled for a loaner repair on my 1996 A6 and when I arrived, the service advisor confirmed a loaner for the repair and j said, ‘Unless you can do it while I wait, yes.’ He said to hold on, went to the back, spoke with the mechanic, came back a few minutes later and said they sure could and it would only take an hour and it ended up not taking even that long. I ended up having to get the part on my own because Audi no longer sells it, but, they were happy to provide the excellent service they always do! More
