First time Audi experience! I first went out looking for an Acura, and decided to look at the Audi Q5. Once I drove the car, and learned all about the safety features, I was hooked. The team at Audi Devon took great care of me. Jeff went over the entire car with me, including all the features at my work - not at the dealership because it was more convenient for me. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call any time with questions, which I did! He also called me to see how I was doing with the car, and to ask if I needed any assistance with any of the features of the car. Prior to getting my car, I originally picked a car that was not yet at the dealership. Once I realized that, Celene worked with me to find a car on the lot that met my criteria - which features I wanted - in the time frame that I need to trade in my old car before the next payment was due. I love driving my new Audi, which to me is pretty amazing since I really didn't enjoy driving before! More

Best Audi care ! After the second reminder to have my airbag replaced, I took in my A6. I decided to wait during an early appointment. Even then, I was about 10 minutes ahead of schedule; but the Audi team immediately examined the car, explained the work to be done, and started work. The Coffee and biscotti were excellent. I found a quiet corner (away from the annoying TV) and read and sewed while my car was serviced, which took about 90 minutes. Afterwards, I asked if they had noticed any problems with the car that we would need to fix before our "cross country driving vacation". Then, they handed me the Audi care report. They had checked everything and all was well. This thoughtful and efficient Audi care was enhanced by the beautiful Euro-modern surroundings and all of those fabulous Audis in the showroom. What a fine experience -- about as good as you get for car maintenance. And it was free! More

An Excellent purchasing experience! Simply put, we could not be more pleased with our new Audi Q5, the dealership, and Karl V, the sales professional who guided us through the purchase. Karl Was very helpful and very professional throughout all facets of the selection, purchase and delivery process. We even made a last minute change regarding the vehicle equipment and Karl was very accommodating with this as well - something I suspect most dealerships would not be. We picked up the car late one evening (because of our schedules) and even after the dealership was getting ready to close Karl cheerfully insisted on spending plenty of time with us to make sure we understood exactly how everything works. Other staff was great as well, including Nathan in Finance who led us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The dealership is beautiful and we fully expect to return for service. Five Stars for sure!! More

I needed a test drive to determine the noise The service was performed exceptionally, even though I was told in my initial request was not available. I needed a test drive to determine the noise problem on the car (1911 Audi A4 Quatro). I indicated that I will be at their location very early next morning.. Later during the day I received a confirmation via e-mail of an 7:30 am appointment. The test drive indicated a bad front wheel bearing. The service department they can fix it the same day and it will take about three hours. I accepted and waited for the car to be finished. I was happy, I received my car later this morning and it drives OK without the noise problem. I appreciated the fast andd quick service from the Audi Devon Service Departent ans will recommend it to my friends. More
