Very Accommodating My 2012 A7 overheated on the way over to my son's house in Wayne. Although I normally use Audi West Chester which is closer to my house, Audi Devon is My 2012 A7 overheated on the way over to my son's house in Wayne. Although I normally use Audi West Chester which is closer to my house, Audi Devon is located much closer to my son. I called the Audi Devon Service Department and Kathy said to bring the car right over. The Service Rep Andre took care of me when I arrived and had the problem diagnosed by end of day. Andre kept me informed on the timing of the repair and related cost car and was also willing to hang onto the car for a few days as I had to go out of town. Exemplary service delivered in a very straight-forward, no nonsense manner. Would not hesitate to use Audi Devon again. More
