Fortunately the cause of the power loss was due to a fuel switch that required a <$500 repair and my vehicle available the next day for pickup. I have felt that way for the past 3 years with my 2016, and now with my 2018, I'm happy to report the sales, service and people at this dealership always exceed my highest expectations. You could easily argue that Audi is such a great car it "sells itself", but that's far from accurate. My salesperson Tom Himsworth's knowledge of cars,models, features and the million details that really make a difference to customers is incredible. Add to that, his intuitive approach to knowing what is best for the buyer and you have the ideal sales experience. If there's something he doesn't know, he will get the answer, no matter what it takes. A true pro. Working with Demery Hanna on the mountains of paperwork and financial details that are always part of any car deal was delightful. Her ability , as a people person, to simply explain what we need to know, made an often tedious and confusing process crystal clear and genuinely enjoyable. Like Tom, she knows her game and makes it easy to understand. Summing up , every one of my visits, whether for sales or service, gives me the feeling that "these people are proud of their product and what they do." They should be. a perfect experience at Audi Devon i was initially introduced to the Audi Devon team, by a close friend who at the time was an Audi Technician. Since that moment 4 years ago, I have saught ALL maintenance and automotive care on my cars/trucks (both Audi and others) at Audi Devon. Today was my first “new vehicle transaction” ar Audi Devon, which like all other interactions was nothing short of simple/comfortable/pleasing. From my salesperson Tom, to the Inventory manager, to financial managers, ALL staff treated me respectfully and genuinely showed a desire to provide the best customer experience possible. Everyone was very helpful and any questions we had were answered immediately. We really felt comfortable and that's not something you say typically about a car dealership or service center. We left with an awesome deal and we absolutely love our new car. and as far as the actual service center goes- quite frankly I have always previously scheduled service to our cars so that I wouldnt have to bring my son (3 years old) but now I would be more than happy to come in with him and relax while we wait after being shown the facilities available to customers - it's really like being home. Actually better because I don't have to wash the dishes after I have my Nespresso! Also I want to give a side shout out to Demery Hanna - usually the most painful part of the car lease/buying process is sitting in front of the finance manager trying to justify why you don't want to buy the largest package of added vehicle protection. It's like the dreaded sale - part two. She was amazing. She was extremely nice and she NEVER made us feel pressured. That goes for Karl as well - seriously amazing experience and I can absolutely see us coming back again when our lease is up to get into a new Audi. More
