Andre, the gentleman who assisted me, was efficient, to the point in going over what service would be done, and what actually was done (same), and extremely friendly and helpful. I even got a chat with the gentleman (Tom Himsworth) who helped us when we bought our A4. Everything went well and no complaints. Unusual extraordinary experience all the way around Having never even driven an Audi- ever! I was reluctant to walk into Devon Audi dealership last Monday evening. As I looked a cars in the showroom, a man walked up to me to ask how he could help. I liked him right away (Karl). After driving an A3 and then an A4, I wanted dearly an A4 but thought I could only afford an A3. on Wednesday night I walked out the doors having purchased a 2107 premium plus A4 under the price I asked!!! I love the car. Far better than I expected. Every point of contact, from phone calls, to training me to use all the features was exceptional. I would recommend Karl and the dealership, and Aufi’s to anyone. More
