Amazing service and better care I can't express the level of responsiveness and attention to detail throughout my entire process. Cliff Corum and his entire team never pressured but I can't express the level of responsiveness and attention to detail throughout my entire process. Cliff Corum and his entire team never pressured but always exceeded any questions or needs. I've bought many luxury cars in my lifetime. I however can't recall ever having this much attention paid to every detail to make sure all was right and understood. I thank all of you once more. More

The next day I decided to stop by the dealer unannounced without an appointment, to check out the vehicle in-person and was treated with friendly customer service. Next I worked with Cliff Corum from the sales department. I very much appreciated Cliff's no pressure sales approach. He was very knowledgeable and open and honest with the negotiations and offered us a fair value on our trade-in. Cliff also stayed well past closing time in order to finish the deal while never making things seem rushed. Cliff was also prompt with responses the following day via text and phone as we finialized financing and transfer of tags and title. From the finance department I also worked with Demerey who was very knowledgeable and informative and friendly. She helped to wrap things up quickly while also stopping to answer any questions that I had. Overall an excellent car purchase experience. More

Easy Buying Experience from Out of State I traded from out of state and the process couldn't have been easier or more professional. It was a rainy day so they left the car in the detailing shop so that I could look it over clean and dry. The detailing guys Cliff, Nykeem, Kaleffe, and Bill were professional to meet, they are enthusiastic about the cars and they did a great job cleaning up the used S5. It looked like new. Demery was knowledgeable, and efficient. I forgot a couple of aspects of my out of state title but it was no problem she worked around it and got things done. A great car buying/trading experience. Was welcomed in showroom by Cliff who promptly fielded and answered our questions regarding an online promo we had seen. Cliff was quick to show me a complete lease breakdown he was working on for another client for a similar car. Very transparent and professional, we began to review options and within an hour he and his team were able to put together a great deal. After a simple online application Demery closed the finance loop and approved the sale before we could finish our espresso's. Had car ready to surprise my daughter by the time we returned and made the experience one to remember for all of us. Highly recommend this team and dealership. More

Out of State Purchase made EASY. I was in the market for a very specific optioned out CPO - Audi SQ5 and Audi Devon had the closest matching one nationwide. Being from Chicago, I was I was in the market for a very specific optioned out CPO - Audi SQ5 and Audi Devon had the closest matching one nationwide. Being from Chicago, I was very hesitant to try an out of state purchase, but Tom Himsworth was an amazing sales rep throughout the whole process. We discussed pricing, shipping options, vehicle condition; they even picked up my vehicle as a trade-in, allowing me to avoid taking the car to CarMax. Tom's communication was stellar throughout the time period. I would definitely recommend working with Tom and the sales team. Now to find out which local Chicago Audi dealer will give me great service. Thanks Tom and Audi Devon! More

Excellent We called about a used Audi convertible, it was what we were looking for, set up a time to go take a look at it and take a test drive, David our sales We called about a used Audi convertible, it was what we were looking for, set up a time to go take a look at it and take a test drive, David our salesman was great. We went back a few days later to do the paperwork, David went over everything in the car with me, navigation, bluetooth, radio, backup camera etc. If I had any questions or concerns about the car he said to call him.
