I make an appointment for a coolant leak; once the car was in the shop I called the shop and also told the representative I had an oil leak. They needed to check for both a coolant leak and an oil leak. was in the shop I called the shop and also told the representative I had an oil leak. They needed to check for both a coolant leak and an oil leak. They had my car for 4.5 working. Six days after picking up my car the oil light come on. Therefore, after reporting an oil leak the level was not checked. Now the representative is telling me I have an internal oil leak; the only problem with the representative telling me there is an internal oil leak is there is no burning of oil from the engine; no leaking, no burning, no horrible smells. An internal oil leak is very unlikely. Also, there is a history on file of my right rear passenger tire leaking. I asked them to catch tire pressure; there is no record of them checking the tire pressure. That also was not done to my satisfaction. Finally, when I pick up my car the total bill was 453.98 USD higher than the estimate giving. I asked the service representative to confirm total BEFORE picking up my car and the bill was still 453.98USD higher than expected. I am still waiting for the service manager to get back to me to discuss. It has been a week. I am disillusioned with Audi Devon. This is not the first time I have had poor service. More

This is the best service department of any dealership I've ever encountered, including BMW and Lexus. They're experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
