I make an appointment for a coolant leak; once the car was in the shop I called the shop and also told the representative I had an oil leak. Therefore, after reporting an oil leak the level was not checked. Now the representative is telling me I have an internal oil leak; the only problem with the representative telling me there is an internal oil leak is there is no burning of oil from the engine; no leaking, no burning, no horrible smells. An internal oil leak is very unlikely. Also, there is a history on file of my right rear passenger tire leaking. I asked them to catch tire pressure; there is no record of them checking the tire pressure. That also was not done to my satisfaction. Finally, when I pick up my car the total bill was 453.98 USD higher than the estimate giving. I asked the service representative to confirm total BEFORE picking up my car and the bill was still 453.98USD higher than expected. I am still waiting for the service manager to get back to me to discuss. It has been a week. I am disillusioned with Audi Devon. This is not the first time I have had poor service. More

This is the best service department of any dealership I've ever encountered, including BMW and Lexus. They're experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
