A different brand of tire was recommended because these original equipment tires did not perform well for the reasons explained. New tires were in stock and installed while I waited in a very quiet reading/ meeting room and I was able to get some work done. More

Lets call this purchase experience what it was shall we? Pleasant to the point of Suspicion! While there, the dealership provided every courtesy and the impression of luxurious competence resonated. But Pleasant to the point of Suspicion! While there, the dealership provided every courtesy and the impression of luxurious competence resonated. But the star of the event was David Beifeld. Total time from identifying(out of state no less) the vehicle to pickup was 48hrs. David's handling of me from first contact to drive away was nothing less than familial. His arrangement of my desired instructions afforded me the ability arrive, purchase, and drive away in less than an hour. Touche'! More

They're crooks at Audi Devon. Took my wife's 2009 Audi A6 in for service. Every light came on in car and they told us to not drive the car. So, upon Audi Devon's recommendation, we had it towed to Audi A6 in for service. Every light came on in car and they told us to not drive the car. So, upon Audi Devon's recommendation, we had it towed to Audi Devon, who we've used many times in past. (Never again, btw). $185 for towing. When they checked the car out and called us back, they asked my wife "What type of gas do you use?". My wife said, "We've always put high test in the car, as recommended." 'No', said the service person, 'what BRAND do you use?'. "Oh, Wawa, Sunoco, Exxon, that's what is near our home?". "Well NEVER use WaWa or Sunoco gas", said the technician, "they put water in their gas.". Long story short, they gave us three options: 1. New engine for $19,000 (12 year old car? xxx?) 2. Used engine for $8,500 (12 year old car, xxx?) 3. We'll change the spark plugs and clean the carbon buildup in engine for $3,500. Or we'd buy it off of you for $500. All of these suggestions cost us $385 for Audi Devon to tell us this. We're now $670 in on this car. "Can we drive this car off the lot right now?" asked my wife. "We wouldn't recommend it", said the technician. "Well, we'll have it towed somewhere else, thank you.". Another $185 to tow it to Karma Automotive in Downingtown on Creek Road (fabulous!). Sam at Karma changed the spark plugs and cleaned the carbon for $535. Car runs fine. I give Sam and Karma Automotive 10 stars. Audi Devon could have gotten us into a lease situation, but handled all of this 'xxxx poorly'. They wanted our car for $500....it was a minimum of $3500 on Kelly Blue Book. They would have turned around and sold for at least $4k. Crooks.....would never recommend Audi Devon. More
