Audi Flatirons is a longer drive for me than two other Audi dealerships. It is 200% worth my time! No tricks or lies from Mel Ott, my sales person. Best price. He got the exact car I wanted from another dealership; that dealer exemplified all the negative aspects of new car buying/leasing. Mel took great care of me and this transaction! Michelle, in Finance, was also the best ever. Quick, friendly, and clear. Service Department for window tinting: “perfect plus” customer service. Same with young man in the parts area who found a great windshield sun shade for me. I will definitely be going back to Audi Flatirons for any service I need. I hope Mel will be there to say hi; this dealership has a customer for life. Oh and I absolutely LOVE my new Audi A4. More

My experience with Michael Tsuji was excellent. I particularly appreciated his work helping to locate and secure an appropriate Audi Q5e from other dealerships at a time when the car I wanted was in particularly appreciated his work helping to locate and secure an appropriate Audi Q5e from other dealerships at a time when the car I wanted was in short supply. I had some questions regarding home charging and he provided me with the name of an electrician to contact to these issues. His follow up after delivery was great - we had a snag setting up Audi connect and he kept on the problem until we were able to figure it out. More

I know this is the outlier review here, but please read. I'm sure for most cases the parts department is great, however, if you require a special order part from Germany they are less than acceptable. With an original time estimate of 17 days, that was then extended by 10 days, and further by 7 more days! And guess what? The part still did not show up. Now on the third extension of an unknown time, it was time to ask another dealership (Prestige audi in lakewood) what they would expect for shipping time on the needed part. After only a couple minutes the parts person had an estimate of 3-5 weeks. So the problem here is not that its taking a long time, if they had quoted that in the beginning this review would likely be 4 or 5 stars. However to make matters worse when I asked the parts manager if he would be willing to give a discount on the purchase of an accessory to compensate for this, he had the gall to offer it at the same price it is listed on the website while acting as if this was a big discount for my trouble. Terrible customer service for a premium brand experience. Update!! After getting my car back finally. This is even more bad news, upon being told my car was finally ready to be picked up a month and a half after dropping it off, I get to the dealership only for them to tell me they forgot to program the key and I'd have to wait a half hour! They also didn't even reset the service light because "I didn't get my oil changed by them and it's a $50 fee". After the terrible service and complete disregard for Audi customers the fact they would not be apologizing endlessly and refunding the key programming charge and diagnostic (still pay for the actual key of course), as well as happily fix the light to make up for what Is worse service than my fiancé receives from a Kia dealership on a car 10 years older than mine is a disgrace to the audi brand as a whole. Go somewhere else. More
