Was good to work with Michael. He was excellent and I believe I found the perfect car with his help. Hope to continue to work with him in the future. believe I found the perfect car with his help. Hope to continue to work with him in the future. More
My experience with Michael Tsuji was excellent. I particularly appreciated his work helping to locate and secure an appropriate Audi Q5e from other dealerships at a time when the car I wanted was in particularly appreciated his work helping to locate and secure an appropriate Audi Q5e from other dealerships at a time when the car I wanted was in short supply. I had some questions regarding home charging and he provided me with the name of an electrician to contact to these issues. His follow up after delivery was great - we had a snag setting up Audi connect and he kept on the problem until we were able to figure it out. More
Jim Page was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and took the time to go through all options with me. I didn't feel rushed. I then had some complicated tech issues that he solved. I know this is the outlier review here, but please read. I'm sure for most cases the parts department is great, however, if you require a special order part from Germany they are less than acceptable. With I'm sure for most cases the parts department is great, however, if you require a special order part from Germany they are less than acceptable. With an original time estimate of 17 days, that was then extended by 10 days, and further by 7 more days! And guess what? The part still did not show up. Now on the third extension of an unknown time, it was time to ask another dealership (Prestige audi in lakewood) what they would expect for shipping time on the needed part. After only a couple minutes the parts person had an estimate of 3-5 weeks. So the problem here is not that its taking a long time, if they had quoted that in the beginning this review would likely be 4 or 5 stars. However to make matters worse when I asked the parts manager if he would be willing to give a discount on the purchase of an accessory to compensate for this, he had the gall to offer it at the same price it is listed on the website while acting as if this was a big discount for my trouble. Terrible customer service for a premium brand experience. Update!! After getting my car back finally. This is even more bad news, upon being told my car was finally ready to be picked up a month and a half after dropping it off, I get to the dealership only for them to tell me they forgot to program the key and I'd have to wait a half hour! They also didn't even reset the service light because "I didn't get my oil changed by them and it's a $50 fee". After the terrible service and complete disregard for Audi customers the fact they would not be apologizing endlessly and refunding the key programming charge and diagnostic (still pay for the actual key of course), as well as happily fix the light to make up for what Is worse service than my fiancé receives from a Kia dealership on a car 10 years older than mine is a disgrace to the audi brand as a whole. Go somewhere else. More
Michael Tsuji was great to deal with and has been there after the sale with questions as well! Looked at Lincolns as well but no comparison to an Audi. after the sale with questions as well! Looked at Lincolns as well but no comparison to an Audi. More

Audi Flatirons is trying to scam me out of $182.71 for a "past maturity fee" at the end of a lease on a 2018 A4. I turned in my A4 to Audi Flatirons on March 12, 2021. They submitted paperwork to Audi Finan "past maturity fee" at the end of a lease on a 2018 A4. I turned in my A4 to Audi Flatirons on March 12, 2021. They submitted paperwork to Audi Financial saying I turned in the car on March 24, 2021, which is after the lease expiration date. I've left multiple voicemails for the Sales Manager at Audi Flatirons and never received a response. I've called Audi Financial Services multiple times and they say they've reached out to the dealership multiple times and also didn't receive a response. At the end of the day $182.71 isn't a lot of money considering the cost of the lease overall. But, this is a shady business practice and am extremely disappointed in Audi Flatirons. I initially had an AMAZING experience with both the sales department (Deian) and service department (Blayne and Jordan) but unfortunately the lease-end process has soured my views on this dealership. Will be looking elsewhere for my Audis from now on. More
