The entire experience was great! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very nice and personable, always using my name. And, what in the past has been an 8 hour ordeal spread over at least 2 days, was accomplished in half that time! Of course, the fact that I fell in love with the car as soon as I entered the showroom may have helped with that. More
