I am so happy that I went with Fort Lauderdale Audi. Upon looking online and initially submitting an inquiry, Abbas Masri instantly reached out. He was so informative and kind. Upon meeting him, he was so patient and really went out of his way to make my family feel at ease and not pressured, like other salesmen. The process was very quick and efficient. Maurice Mohammed provided us with all the information that we needed to complete the sale. He was quick to answer any questions that we had and took his time to explain. He is a true professional. I absolutely love my car. Even after the sale, Abbas and the staff has reached out and followed up with me. I will definitely be doing business with this dealership, Abbas and Maurice again.
