I prefer fixed-price dealerships because the experience of negotiating the takeaway price is always a pain. Also, part of the transaction involved a CPO car that I returned after three days because the breaks were a problem from the start, an engine light went on at day three, and the window tinting was unsafely dark, especially at night which was unknowable based on a test drive during the day. Rance offered to make the car right but my expectation is that a CPO car should not have to be made right. I was concerned about reliability, obviously. That said, I love the car that I ended up with and will most likely buy another Audi. This car is our fourth Audi. I would like to single out Steve Catalo as especially helpful and a pleasure to work with. Great communication. Friendly. More

I give my salesman Clarence Lowry 5 stars for his patience and laid back style. Clarence didn’t use any pressure tactics to sell me a new vehicle and I truly appreciated that. I’ve purchased at least 20 cars in my lifetime and I can honestly say that I’ve never met a car salesman quite like him. He reminded me of Andy Dufresne in the way that he carried himself. Now on the other hand, as wonderful as my experience was on the purchasing side the F&i experience was truly a nightmare for me. The gentleman that I dealt with is a shark. He befriended me in a way that I put all my trust in him and before I knew it he picked my pocket to the tune of over $9,000. I never saw it coming. I only have myself to blame so I will own it. Complaining won’t do anything except that he did one thing illegal and my attorney, (yes I personally know several) will be checking into that and also something else that he’s not sure if what happened was legal or not. I don’t care if management wants to discuss my ordeal or not. That’s entirely up to them. Also, I was advised not to mention who I dealt with. However what I will say to anyone that reads this is if you don’t want something added to your contract you’re going to have to be firm and say NO several times. Don’t be a nice person like I was and be taken advantage of. More
