I don’t have much to say about the dealership. But I do have a lot to say about Jesse that man is a goat. He’s literally a legend! Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are absolute snakes. I was withholding my review for nearly two months, giving Frank (sales rep) and Aryeh (general manager) every possibility t They are absolute snakes. I was withholding my review for nearly two months, giving Frank (sales rep) and Aryeh (general manager) every possibility to deliver on what they promised. These two individuals reinforce my distrust for people, that dealerships are xxxx, and that an individual’s reputation is worthless. I’m appalled that Aryeh can flagrantly lie to me on our phone conversation on 03/21/23. Unlike him, I remember everything we discussed. Bottomline, I expected more from an Audi dealership, considering I purchased a six figure car from them. If you don't want to be lied to, ignored, pressured, and get the run around, AVOID this toxic dealership. More
