This dealership has integrated good technology to better serve the customer. It seems to be supporting the thoroughness of the service inspection, although there is always something to have done in additio serve the customer. I came in for low tire pressure and the rep was able to spot right away I had a nail in the tire. She got me in right away, checked I had insurance and got me in and out in about 40 min. My experience in the waiting area could have been better with complimentary snacks and bottled water as is usually the case at luxury car dealership. Audi Ft. Lauderdale came out short on customer care for waiting area. Price of maintenance was a lot more than I expected. Follow-ups and updates on maintenance service by the service rep was excellent. More

It would have been nice to have met my service advisor during my first visit as my only interaction was with the service desk staff.
