All I can say is that Brian SERPA is by far the best customer service representative I have ever had to deal with at any dealership in my life of purchasing cars. We even have a car at Mercedes and thei customer service representative I have ever had to deal with at any dealership in my life of purchasing cars. We even have a car at Mercedes and their customer service doesn’t compare to Brian’s! They could learn a thing or two from him.I appreciate his attention to detail and always treating me as if I’m his only customer. He treats me like I’m part of his family. Love that.
