Voiced my displeasure twice via text message to both Shane and bryan. Never got a response from either one, later got a response only after I gave them a average review. I have referred 2 friends that purchased audi's to fresno audi's service. I won't refer anyone else. Slim to no chance I purchase or take my car to get services there again unless I absolutely have to. Might be a small thing but it means a lot to me. I have had my car serviced there for 4 years now. I feel like something that small they should have just taken care of me. Very disappointed. More
