World class customer service I was looking for new Porsche dealership to take my cars for service and repair and to buy new cars in the future after disappointing treatment from m I was looking for new Porsche dealership to take my cars for service and repair and to buy new cars in the future after disappointing treatment from my previous dealer, and I found it. I bought 3 cars from my other dealer (Monterey) but was treated horribly, they jacked up the price on my next car. Porsche Fresno was absolutely different!!! So refreshing. I take my car for a recall work, and since I live 150 miles away, they loan me a car, but not only that, they let me keep it until I can return to pick up my car, accommodating my schedule. Not only that, they gave me one of their best car for me to drive. My previous dealer gave me base car, and told me to return the same day they finish the work. Porsche Fresno washed the car better too!! Usually when I get my car, it was washed, but still sees some spots here and there, Porsche Fresno keep my car spotless!!! I’m planning to get my future cars with them, send all friends and family there to buy cars, etc!!! More

Audi Fresno how do I start this review....hmm well i shall start first by thanking Mr. Aaron Miller!!! 5 months ago Aaron started working with me to b Audi Fresno how do I start this review....hmm well i shall start first by thanking Mr. Aaron Miller!!! 5 months ago Aaron started working with me to build the car that i would fall in love with..lemme tell you i am PICKY and i must fall in absolute love with my cars. I was so worried that i wouldn’t love my next car as much as i’d loved my A6 (which i bought from him as well).... He was meticulous at explaining to me the options etc of the cars i’d had in mind and i chose the S5 Sportback!! He knew i wanted a special color and we came to a decision between 2 specific purples. He got Violet Blue Metallic approved this is a 90’s porsche color that is rare and absolutely gorgeous!! He added every option i wanted and placed the order. He was exceptionally attentive in every facet of the production process timeline all the way up to the day it was delivered to the dealership (which btw was one of the happiest days of my life besides actually picking it up Lol). Every time i have bought a car from him i have received the same sweet, professional and impeccable service. This dealership is clean, modern and has a luscious selection of high end super car collection to gawk at which i recommend no one misses out on that. Finance was a breeze very quick and painless. when i arrived butterflies in stomach hahaha i was greeted with smiles and sweet faces. I had the pleasure of also working with Mr. Chris Williams whom set up my Audi connect and codes for my car and explained some new things about this one that my last Audi didn’t have. He was very professional and just a sweet man to work with great personality to boot!! My buying experience was flawless from beginning to end...And i cannot say enough just how much i freakin LOVE My new Violet Blue Metallic S5!!!!! So luscious, sporty, fast ...i could go on and on i’m sure you get the point Lol... Thank you Aaron and Chris you guys absolutely rock!! More
