Kevin and the service department were so attentive of the care of my car and active in keeping me updated on my cars status. Even though it was just an interior cosmetic issue they took my concern seriously care of my car and active in keeping me updated on my cars status. Even though it was just an interior cosmetic issue they took my concern seriously and went above and beyond to fix it. Exceptional service and care. Logistics could be better since shipping of parts delayed the completion of my car but that’s not Audi Gilbert’s issue. More
