The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Its a 50/50, on the type of energy I receive, doing business here. I've had service done, on several occasions. This most recent interaction, the head mechanic, felt it necessary to explain to me, that business here. I've had service done, on several occasions. This most recent interaction, the head mechanic, felt it necessary to explain to me, that "I can't get my car back, until I pay the bill", as I was just inquiring about, how soon they could get started on ordering the part. I obviously, took the high road, and moved in, to business however, it doesn't leave you feeling well, driving an Audi, and experiencing this. Job was completed. More

My only concern about the experience was my booking. I went online to schedule the appt which was great. When I showed up at my noon appt I was informed it was lunchtime and I’d have to wait an hour for I went online to schedule the appt which was great. When I showed up at my noon appt I was informed it was lunchtime and I’d have to wait an hour for things to begin. This was really annoying since the scheduling didn’t reflect that. The servicer said I should have called for the appt but that was never represented. The actual servicing was a solid experience. More

I had a flat tire and came in and the dealer took the car and had my tires replaced and ready without appointment. In addition makayla used the warranty on the tire to get it paid for.
