The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Service was great, but took too long to get in due to shortage of loaner cars. I live 20 miles away, so will want to get on the plan where you drop off the loaner and pick up my car- that is what I was shortage of loaner cars. I live 20 miles away, so will want to get on the plan where you drop off the loaner and pick up my car- that is what I was sold. Also, a better car wash would be helpful. It had lots of dirt on the bumpers and the back seats were not vacuumed. Again, service and communications was tops. These are just a few things keeping it from being a exceptional experience. Issue I had with this visit versus other visits to this Service Center is I was told 3-3.5 hours to complete an oil change, checkup, and 2 recalls. Took over 5 hours to complete but biggest issue I had w Service Center is I was told 3-3.5 hours to complete an oil change, checkup, and 2 recalls. Took over 5 hours to complete but biggest issue I had was no communication. Only when I asked status was I told it would take longer. If told earlier, I would/could have just scheduled a separate appt to come back for the recall fixes. Also, was told part of delay included time to clean & wash car after service. However, when car was delivered back was told car wasn’t washed because car wash was broken. More
