The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Had a maintenance appointment on 6/25/22. Pointed out on my arrival that the cluster display was inoperable. After waiting for 3 hours, was told the only thing done on my car was an oil chan Pointed out on my arrival that the cluster display was inoperable. After waiting for 3 hours, was told the only thing done on my car was an oil change and that no one was there to diagnose the inoperable cluster display and I would have to schedule another appointment. Needless to say, I was irritated that it took 3 hours of waiting for an oil change and only then be told that I would need to return for the maintenance inspection!!! More

Some people like Mike from service desk is very rude like nobody , maintenance technician experience level 1 , one week car in service and nothing , no update any call or message , when finally I call and as nobody , maintenance technician experience level 1 , one week car in service and nothing , no update any call or message , when finally I call and asked about my car they said is ready for pick up . Guess what???? Car was still with the same issues - no questions . Next day I call to Audi exchange located in St Charles they care me in next day with loaner and my car was fixed in next fev hours- how is possible!??? I recommend only Audi Exchange St Charles !!! Thank you More

I never received a call from the service department letting me know my car was done and ready to be picked up. I called on my way there to find out it was done.
