The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

We had some trouble with a warning light that wouldn't go away. Audi HE took care of the problem and test drove it several times to be sure it was good. Truly wanted to be sure I was happy! Horrible service. Didn’t wash my car, left me with 35 miles to empty and didn’t think to put gas in my car. Discovered the mechanic disconnected the connector from the pressure switch so my air conditioner wasn’t working. I’m driving my car cross country and asked for a thorough inspection. Had to pay another mechanic to reconnect the pressure switch. I will never return to this dealership and I’ve been a loyal customer for 11 years. More
