My car was with the dealership for a week and a half before the service was completed. I was initially quoted $1700+ and had to convince them that I had a warranty. When the service was completed, the total bill was half the original quote which led me to believe that I would have been overcharged if I didn’t have the warranty. I was barely greeted when I walked in to the dealership and they tried to charge me for a battery for my key fob (I’ve never been charged before). After all of this, one of the recall items is still not fixed. I’m working up the energy to go back. More
Would not any stars if i had the option but to start we brought the truck in for a over heating problem and after paying more than 3k on parts the technicians thought was the problem, had to bring the truc brought the truck in for a over heating problem and after paying more than 3k on parts the technicians thought was the problem, had to bring the truck back two more times for same issue after 2 days of getting it back and i was left with no vehicle for more than 3 weeks so them to keep replacing parta that would just make the truck worse or wouldn’t change anything. Andy the service manager was also no help at all. Really bad customer service. More
