Was working with Audi America to try to get the volunteer support for an out of warranty issue to fix the car. That didn’t happen. I have had my servicing at Hoffman 3 times, it has been terrible the last 2 times. The staff has no idea what appointments are scheduled. So when you are not aware of anything, instead of making sure every terrible the last 2 times. The staff has no idea what appointments are scheduled. So when you are not aware of anything, instead of making sure everything goes smoothly after that, they are rude and blame the customer. I honestly expected Audi to be more organized than this. Given that this was the second time this happened, I even escalated the issue to Andy Emberton this time. He did nothing. More
