Samantha was great. They accepted me after hours and made sure the car was fixed next day with prompt updates. The personal call and text updates were really convenient and allowed me to get updates when ava sure the car was fixed next day with prompt updates. Called twice to set up appointment and left messages never returned phone call. Scheduled on line and they confirmed appointment but when I showed up on the confirmed date and time was told they don’t d never returned phone call. Took me three trips to this dealer to have my concern somewhat fixed.1st visit they were not able to duplicate the concern. At the second visit there were service bulletins pertaining to the concerns I brought it in for. On my previous visit with my diesel engine A6 they charged for ad blue top off which should be free due to the diesel settlement. More
