Bought a 3rd new car from Audi Hoffman Estates. Was very easy work with Valentina. She is great person, very professional salesperson. After we sign papers another Audi team person must explain how to use a easy work with Valentina. She is great person, very professional salesperson. I feel what dealer don't care about costumers after car is sold. We paid over $100K FOR THE CAR AND GET WORST SERVICE. For next car Audi of Hoffman Estate will be last dealer on my list. I bought my first Audi (CPO 2018 S5) in May. After a quick 10K miles it was time for my first oil change so I made an appointment with the closest dealer (Audi of Hoffman Estates). The service rep on th quick 10K miles it was time for my first oil change so I made an appointment with the closest dealer (Audi of Hoffman Estates). The service rep on the phone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment and showed up a little early and they whisked my car away to the service department. Shortly after sitting down with a cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting room, a gentleman came up and told me that the person I bought the car from had purchased Audi Care and that it transferred with the vehicle ownership and they were going to change the oil and complete the upcoming scheduled maintenance - at no cost to me! The service was completed and the car brought back washed and vacuumed. The gentleman from the service department assured me that my car was in excellent condition and said he’d see me in 10K miles and thanked me for my business. He’s right, I’ll be back. More
