After specifically letting the dealership know that we were driving over 80 miles to look at a car, we were told it was ready. After test driving, we let them know we were interested in purchasing the veh were driving over 80 miles to look at a car, we were told it was ready. After test driving, we let them know we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. It was at this point they determined the car was not ready. The sales person indicated they would reduce the price of the vehicle a bit if we would drive back again later that day. When we came back in the late afternoon, the sales person informed us that they were not able to come down on the vehicle price. If the dealership wanted to have any future dealings with us, they should have knocked a little bit off the sales price to accommodate the inconvenience to us or informed us of them not willing to negotiate on the price before we drove all the way back in. I’m not saying that we wouldn’t have still made the same decision, but we felt backed into a corner after making a second trip. We were mislead, not materially mislead but still mislead. More

I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it, and when I arrived, my car was taken for service right away. It was ready before the time they said, washed, and I was given the key, and on my way.
