Not impressed this time I had a noon appointment for an oil change and an adjustment needed to the flat tire icon showing up on my dash (I just got new tires). I thought I'd I had a noon appointment for an oil change and an adjustment needed to the flat tire icon showing up on my dash (I just got new tires). I thought I'd be there for about an hour, maybe an hour and 15 minutes. I was there for 2 hours. In addition, there was no consistency among staff in wearing face masks. I was a bit surprised by that. Some wore them, some did not. I was especially bothered by the young man who brought my car around when it was done - no face mask. You were just in my car, dude! Wear a face mask!! I honestly didn't think that was acceptable. I would think Audi would have a mandatory face mask procedure in place. I get it if no customers are in the showroom. Totally understand wanting to take those off for a bit. But when having conversation with customers, getting in their cars, etc. - PLEASE wear a face mask! More

As Usual, Exemplary Service! After making one call to Rick Kelstrom to set up my annual service, within 1 minute my appointment was made and a loaner vehicle was confirmed. As so After making one call to Rick Kelstrom to set up my annual service, within 1 minute my appointment was made and a loaner vehicle was confirmed. As soon as I arrived at Audi Hoffman Estates Rick was at his Service station waiting for me to arrive. Within 5 minutes the service order was created and the loaner car was ready to go. When my car was ready that afternoon, I received a text message and a phone call telling me I can come in any time to pick it up. When I got there my car was waiting right outside the service area, and after paying, I was on my way home in under 5 minutes. Another great experience! More
