If you want your car fixed, don’t bring it there! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have a 2017 Audi A6 and I have had my car serviced twice now for the heated steering wheel, which never worked If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have a 2017 Audi A6 and I have had my car serviced twice now for the heated steering wheel, which never worked from the get go. When I got the car back, on both occasions, the heated steering wheel still did not heat. Their resolution was to call Audi. I had also asked them to fix a scratch on the bumper and they did so, however, they made it look worse than the actual scratch. I brought the car back for them to re-do their paint job and their response was they were doing me a favor initially, so they were not going to fix their completely inept and unprofessional paint job. I now have to take my car to a body shop to have their screw-up fixed at my expense. In addition, when they returned the car after the second visit, my phone no longer connected to the blue tooth, nor does the voice command work. Then there is the recurring key fobs/electrical system issues...I can be right next to the car, holding the key in my hand and the door doesn’t unlock or lock; I could be in the car with my keys and a warning appears stating that the key is not recognized or that the key is not in the car. Whether or not that has been corrected the second time around remains to be seen - the first time it worked for about two weeks. I would never recommend purchasing an Audi because they do not appear to be capable of resolving any problems that arise, not to mention you get the car back in worse shape than when you brought it in. I will say though, I would definitely give them 5 stars at making excuses. More

Recall and electrical issues I brought my wife’s Q5 in for two recall procedures and a windshield wiper issue. The windshield wiper goes off when we use our left turn signal. Afte I brought my wife’s Q5 in for two recall procedures and a windshield wiper issue. The windshield wiper goes off when we use our left turn signal. After presenting this information both on the phone and in-person, I was told that we would be charged $190 for a diagnostic. I found this absurd as being charged for a diagnostic pertaining to something the vehicle should not be doing should be considered a manufacturer issue and not a costumer concern. More
I appreciate the Service Writer, but the process is flawed. I purchased a 2003 Audi TT by private seller. The day I bought it it began to overheat. I brought the car to Audi Hoffman Estates and was inform I purchased a 2003 Audi TT by private seller. The day I bought it it began to overheat. I brought the car to Audi Hoffman Estates and was informed it’s $190.00 to diagnose the issue. That was a bit steep. I was sent a text that I would receive a write up and video of a full review of my vehicle. That never happened. Nor was that issue corrected when I addressed it. I was informed that a water pump repair would cost me about $2,300.00. Again, that was a bit steep. When I protested, Ted MCConnell, the service writer, had great patience with me. He is a credit to Audi of Hoffman Estates. My car was repaired and delivered to me in the time promised, but the whole process seemed very cold. I am a person who appreciates great customer service. It wasn’t that experience from your dealership. More
