Extremely disappointed I bought a 2019 Q8 from Valentina 3 weeks ago. Had I known how poor the experience was going to be, I never would have purchased this vehicle from he I bought a 2019 Q8 from Valentina 3 weeks ago. Had I known how poor the experience was going to be, I never would have purchased this vehicle from her or this dealership. I brought the Q8 in today for a car wash. No idea which door to come through or what the process was. I sent a text to Valentina 3 hours before coming in asking if I could take her up on the offer after I had the car for a few weeks, they’d help me with features I still needed help with. No response from Valentina. I came in and told she would help when she was free. Then a service person said maybe someone else could help because I’d been waiting almost 45 minutes. When she finally freed up, she said she was still busy. I asked could someone else help and she said no. For spending almost $85k, this is the absolute worst service imaginable. Not to mention the vehicle at delivery didn’t have washer fluid (warning light came on as I drove out of dealership), they forgot to put the front license plate on new vehicle from the trade in, date was wrong on dash, no response when I texted her there were some items that needed attention. More

High Tech:Lo Touch I have driven an Audi and serviced it for 10+ years. Now I have replaced that car with another A4 from your dealership. I believe your service bays are probably very efficient. There certainly was a high volume of cars and customers on hand. But your service personnel were not particularly warm/friendly. This was disappointing since I had a very positive impression of Valentina and her handling of the sales experience. More

Service work is typically performed well and within a reasonable time frame. My vehicle is outside of warranty, so prices are high (hello, it's a dealership). Oil change I purchased my Audi vehicle earlier this year and I been going to the dealership for my oil change. Every time the people are very nice. Mike torelli was my service consultant the past two times. He is very patient and helpful. Explains what services I’m doing what’s included and if there are recommendations like tire rotation, etc. I had received an email with a promotion which he helped me with. Overall my experience with mike is very pleasant. I did waited a little over an hour but I took my vehicle and hour before my scheduled appointment so I expected to wait. Mike of course was helpful in getting out as early as possible. I’ll keep coming back for as long as I have my Audi. More

Switched because it was closer to home Sent a detailed email to Mr Hall and 24 hours later no response. Was told appt would be 1 hour when I booked it, when I arrived I was told 1.5 hours Sent a detailed email to Mr Hall and 24 hours later no response. Was told appt would be 1 hour when I booked it, when I arrived I was told 1.5 hours. By the time it was done it 2:50 . Was told the car was being washed for almost an hour and when it came back, not sure why it took longer than 15 minutes. What bothers me most is your in the service business and selling business. No response to a customers email sent to the GM after 24 hours is pretty poor. Unless he is on vacation... even then someone should be monitoring his email and calls. More
