A tragic accident happened at my company that day and I was racing and scattered all over the place for the duration of the afternoon. I tried my best to explain the dilemma to Rick via phone, struggling with my words, having multiple calls coming in at the same time - I didn't know if I would make it back to the dealership to pick up the car and had only a 25 minute window. He had a car and driver pick me up not even 10 minutes later and my car was on and ready for me in the service garage when we pulled up. Rick met me as I hopped out and said I was good to go and not to worry about anything. I cannot tell you enough how amazing this man is. I hope you treat him right because to say he is an asset to your dealership is an understatement. Rick is why customers trust Audi and I have been so fortunate to have him as my Service Guru. More
