Pleasant Service Appointment Experience I tried to book my 30,000 Miles Service at audihoffmanestates website and thought I had an appointment scheduled. But soon after I received a telepho I tried to book my 30,000 Miles Service at audihoffmanestates website and thought I had an appointment scheduled. But soon after I received a telephone call informing me that I could not be served as scheduled; the website was incorrect. I was scheduled for the following week. When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted and service was completed as promised. The car was delivered washed and shiny (although the wheels were still some what dirty). All in all, a good experience with a nice wait in a fully stocked, comfortable waiting area. More

First, Mike Torelli did not seem to be in the mood the day we were there for our service. Still, I tried to be friendly and asked him information re; the service. He did answer appropriately, but did not want to elaborate in explaining. Those things, I understand. Not every one can be peachy everyday . Second: When I was paying, he forgot to put in the coupon discounts I presented. He corrected it after I questioned my bill. Normally, I do not even pay attention, but luckily, my husband did. Third : Our car was not washed as was promised on paper. He brought it back and our car got washed very quickly, but was still wet. 4th : They forgot to give us the key and the motor was on when we got in, so we drove off without the key. To be fair, he did call me as we were just across the street to shop. And he run over to give me the car key. He was very apologetic and did look sorry, but I hope he learned to be more careful from this experience. I saw that other customer gave him a good review, so, I can't help but think that maybe we did not appear to his sense of efficiency. More
