Call me? Went in for 40K maintenance. Ted ordered seat cover and was to get a cost on updated GPS. We called and left messages w Tod and reception and after Went in for 40K maintenance. Ted ordered seat cover and was to get a cost on updated GPS. We called and left messages w Tod and reception and after 2 weeks no return call. We had to go in for the info. Now it's been 2 more weeks and no communication. I don't understand how a dealership can be successful with this type of customer service. Carl Busch More
