Never Again! I have been driving Audis for 14 years. The service here has gone ridiculously downhill, Three weeks ago I arranged for a loaner due to a recall. I was told it was only a 45 minute event, but I still wanted to take a car. When I arrived at 11:30 I was told that my car would not be ready for pick-up until 5:00 as those who were waiting for their repairs would take precedence. I returned to the dealer at 4:45 to find that they had not even begun to work on the car. The service manager explained that they were busy, as if I wasn't . Such an unfair waste of my time to fix an issue that Audi was responsible for!! To be fair, Mike Torelli, my service rep did try to accommodate the situation which was totally out of his control. More
