Worth the drive Drove from the Quad Cities (2.5 hrs) to purchase a used Audi. Honestly the first young lady we spoke with didn't seem interested in selling my wife and I a vehicle. We were about ready to look elsewhere and ran into Bob in the parking lot. Explained what we were looking for and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did look around at other dealers but came back and purchased an Audi S4. The used vehicle we purchased was thoroughly gone through with several items (battery, break pads etc.)replaced. Not just put on the lot. Also came with a set of winter tires that we didn't know about until after we purchased! Bob explained the vehicle's options and even went as far as connecting my phone and contacts via bluetooth. Very nice man. Wish I remembered the finance gentleman's name because he was great as well. Since I purchased out of state I went to pay tax,title license locally and they were impressed with all the proper paperwork dealership provided. Love the car and great experience. We had been looking at a few of the German brands, and had been most strongly considering an Audi as it was, and we wanted to give the car one last look over before we made a final decision. This was our first experience with this specific dealership as we had been going to ones further south, but the overall warmth and friendliness of Valentina, and later the rest of the sales staff we interacted with, were such welcome assets that brought us to finally decide on the dealership we wanted to work with for our new car. The sales process was very seamless and, best of all, painless. I am very happy with my new car and the experience at Audi Hoffman Estates. I would recommend this dealership and Valentina to anyone interested in the luxury car. More
