Just very disappointed I came to this dealership two times for the same car. The first day I came to this dealership I spoke with Aaron about a car I wanted and after a lot I came to this dealership two times for the same car. The first day I came to this dealership I spoke with Aaron about a car I wanted and after a lot of back and forth we didn’t come to an agreement on price. I left and told him I would be willing to purchase the car if he reduced the price. I was called back a few days later and after speaking for a little and going back and forth with the manager we agreed on a price and I was told to come in and we could get this purchase completed. I came back to the dealership and was quoted an additional $500 to the quote over the phone. This was for an “interior and exterior coating” service that was apparently mandatory. Aaron says he had mentioned this to me the first time I was at the dealership, which is true, however I was never told it was mandatory. In fact, it was specifically stated that this was an optional service I could wish to opt into. This was very deceitful and I ended up having to make a 45 minute drive out here twice. I thought Aaron was really cool and seemed like one of the few good salesman who isn’t out to get you. I was wrong. He’s just like any of the other salesmen who could care less about you and are all about the money. Thanks for nothing Aaron. I hope this does not happen to another customer. More

Accommodating Service dept was very busy when I walked in, but no one acknowledged I was there. I had made an appointment over the phone, but it was not in the system when he checked. He took all my information and got me in the system quickly and was able to explain the process. More
