Good service, but serious lack of communication on this visi My car had to be kept for an issue with the water pump that was not anticipated. When I did not hear any updates on the status of the car after two d My car had to be kept for an issue with the water pump that was not anticipated. When I did not hear any updates on the status of the car after two days, I call to check on the details of what was happening. Since Ted was off, they put me in touch with some guy named Scott who assured me he would look into it and get back to me...he never did. When Ted called me back with an update the next day, he said the repair work was done and it was going to detail. I assumed he meant it was just going to be washed and then ready to go, but Scott told him I wanted it detailed as in buffed, cleaned, etc. which I never asked for. When I picked up my car, they said I owed 189.50 for the detailing. I rallied to Ted, and he got me a discount, but I still had to pay for a serous did not request. Not sure who Scott is, but not I’m not happy with the way he handled things when Ted was not available. Ted was very helpful and responsive. More

Thorough service with periodic updates I scheduled my D4 A8L 4.0T in for an alignment after having new wheels and tires installed in addition to wheel spacers and slight lowering. Techs at Audi HE came through with a good alignment. It took a little longer but they plodded forward and did a nice job. While in fir this service the Service Technician noticed it was due for a fuel regulator flap replacement and they promptly carried out that service as well. More

Bad Customer Experience I got my car a few months ago and my service I received for the first few weeks was great. They helped me out with answering my questions and were ver I got my car a few months ago and my service I received for the first few weeks was great. They helped me out with answering my questions and were very attentive to me. They even drove my car to my house when I needed work done on it. It was after that when I had some follow up questions that things start to take a turn for the worse. I left several messages for the salesperson to call me back and received no reply’s. I even left messages for one of the managers on multiple occasions and never got a reply. I gave trying to contact them and I also gave up any thoughts I had of recommending the dealership to other people. More

Rick deserves “EMPLOYEE OF LIFE.” He would go out of his way to make sure that you are cared for and treated correctly. Now I only talked to Rick for my car problems, but listening and observing how the other employees treated the customers, I know I was in good hands. Everyone was extremely approachable and friendly. The sales process was seamless, and the car was in amazing condition...Dan the used car manager had added some extras and made it stand out even more than the pictures indicated. The dealership is gorgeous, clean, welcoming, and simply stands out among its competitors. There was no pressure whatsoever from any angle during the purchasing process. When I bought it on a Saturday the dealership was getting busy, but they worked together as a team and got the deal done. I appreciated the ability to buy a vehicle without all the hassles commonly found elsewhere. When I picked up the car, it was beautifully detailed by the prep staff and was ready to go....the finance staff also got me in and out in a very timely manner.....thank you to all at Audi Hoffman Estates for making it a GREAT experience!
