The service was good - but the communication as to when the installation of the windshield would be completed - and that a "third party..." would be d The service was good - but the communication as to when the installation of the windshield would be completed - and that a "third party..." would be doing the installation - could have been a lot better. It was never made clear to me as to when the service might be completed....only that "we will call you when it is done..." I only learned later that the company who does the windshield installations comes in daily between 2 and 4 p.m. each day. Not that it should matter - but had I known that it certainly would have set an expectation as to when the car might be done. Had someone communicated to me a range as to when the service would be done...i.e. "by end of day tomorrow...or early Friday morning..." would have been more helpful. When I called at 5:30 p.m. on the day I thought the servicing would be done....- the very nice receptionist informed me that the advisors had all gone home... and that she did not know what the status of my car was. A quick call from someone indicating the car would not be done that day...but rather the next day... would have improved the communication. It was also very clear that both Ted & Mike Torelli where extremely busy......it appeared more customers then available advisors on the days I was there....? On a very positive note...I did have one of the other advisors take care of getting me a loaner car in Ted's absence...which was extremely quick & helpful!! And finally a small point - but noticed the car wasn't washed after the servicing...not sure why, because I have had it in for servicing in the past and that was always done. More

My sales associate, Nicolette Grivas helped me compare all the different pros and cons of buying a new Audi versus a used Audi. She answered all my questions in detail, without any pressure to hurry through the process. Nicolette's Audi brand knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail helped make a historically painful process of buying a car, go smooth and pain free. Although this is my first purchase from Audi Hoffman Estates, it definitely won't be my last. More
Windshield replacement I was told there were no available rentals for when my appt was made 2 weeks prior. I planned to drop off the car and pick it up late in the day. Upon I was told there were no available rentals for when my appt was made 2 weeks prior. I planned to drop off the car and pick it up late in the day. Upon arrival, no one acknowledged me. I did not even get a “hello” or “i will be with you in just a moment”. I received a text asking to confirm receiving updates on my car. I never received a text or a call to get an update. I finally called the next morning, to find out the windshield just arrived. My car was never started on and no one bothered to tell me, and I was now also left without a car. When I picked up my car, my car was sitting drop off garage. Someone went to get my car, but it had been 10 min and still no car. I finally told someone my car is sitting right there. A random employee pulled it out for me, but there were no instructions on if i needed to keep the tape on the windshield or not until i asked. Previous experience for an oil change was also similar, poor customer service skills. I dont think i will want to bring my car for services to this location again. More

I have an extended warranty and wanted them to check out an OBD II code and give me a price on a fuel filter change for my TDI while they changed a I have an extended warranty and wanted them to check out an OBD II code and give me a price on a fuel filter change for my TDI while they changed a wheel bearing that was under warranty. I believe because I didn’t choose to have them change the filter that they didn’t care to check anything else that I wanted done. I believe they made plenty of money on the wheel bearing change, that they could have checked the other things out that I wanted. I also ask them to reset the ‘service due’ notice and they didn’t do that either. Also another dealer said they would fill my AdBlue for free as long as I bought the AdBlue there and Hofman wanted to charge over $100. More
