Upon arriving home I received a text saying that my car was in the service department. Later on during the day I received another text with the video that explained what services were performed on my car. Impressive!! The car needed to stay overnight for further work in the morning. In the morning I received a message when I could pick the car up. Upon my arrival I was once again treated with kindness and respect. My car was washed and clean. I am so thankful for that as well. Overall I am always happy and impressed when I visit Hoffman Estates Audi. The best. Thank you!!! More

confused on the price. I came in for service to get my rear brakes replaced. the person who helped me claimed that the price would be cheaper than when I got my front brakes I came in for service to get my rear brakes replaced. the person who helped me claimed that the price would be cheaper than when I got my front brakes replaced which were $605. but when I came back to pick up my vehicle and pay for the service, i was charged $640. they said that the rear brakes are much smaller and cheaper than the front brakes but unfortunately I had to pay much more than what I paid for my front brakes.
