Took my r8 for a recall and got the car back with a 8” cut on the leather of my steering wheel. He refused to entertain my concern- instead continues to Deny fault and say I drive an old car and it’s bound to happen. My car is in Prestige condition inside and out despite it being a 9 year “old” car. I told him I’m never returning and he laughs. Not only that, I just had my car ceramic coated for $700 and the staff decided to wax / buff the car (I never requested them to clean my car), they left wax splatter all over my engine bay. To make thing worse, they gave me a loaner that was beyond dirty with the previous owners boxers/briefs in the back of the car. At least look over what you guys are handing out or taking in ! More

Your maintenance staff was so quick with all the service that I didn't get my work finished or look at the cars on the showroom floor! Scott booked the appointment, Ted took care of me for this service and Rick helped me on my previous visit to help me with the key battery and fix the visor clip! We've dealt with you guys for almost 30 years and it is always a pleasure! More

Rude & unprofessional I made my 10,000 mile service appointment online for Thursday, March 23rd. When I arrived the service advisor couldn’t find me in the system and then I made my 10,000 mile service appointment online for Thursday, March 23rd. When I arrived the service advisor couldn’t find me in the system and then smugly said “your appointment is NEXT Thursday” I pulled up my email confirmation to show him that I wasn’t crazy like he implied with his response, and that my appointment was in fact on the 23rd. He did not apologize or say “not a problem, we’ll get you in” he just started typing and processing everything. He told me it would take one hour to an hour and 15 mins. Great, not a problem. I waited with my 2 year old and after an hour and 40 mins I approached a different advisor (because mine was nowhere to be found) to ask for an update. He was really nice and immediately tried to figure out what was going on. By the time my car was ready it was just about TWO HOURS since my arrival. This leads me to believe that my car wasn’t touched for close to an hour after my arrival because a 10,000 mile oil change, etc shouldn’t take 2 hours. As a result I opted not to wait for a car wash (despite badly needing it) because it was approaching lunch time and I had tried to keep a toddler calm for 2 hours in a car dealership. We needed to go. I totally understand that mistakes happen, I understand if staffing is limited for whatever reason, but the way the initial service advisor handled the situation was really unprofessional. Heck, I understand that people have bad days. But don’t make the customer sound like the one at fault. Apologize. Don’t tell me it’s going to take an hour if you’re understaffed and it will likely take twice as long. And don’t make the customer wait for updates long after the promised timeframe has passed. We’re cutrently deciding on upgrading to a larger SUV, and after this experience if we decide to go with Audi I can tell you it won’t be with this dealership. I’ve dealt with both Fletcher and the Audi Exchange, and both treat their customers with respect- both in interactions and with respect to my time. The only reason this review isn’t one star is because the 2nd service advisor was SO nice and the woman working at the reception desk in the sales department was so friendly. More
