Horrible Audi warranty My first and probably last Audi. Audi USA has the worst customer service policies of ANY automotive manufacturer. After 34K miles my power steering My first and probably last Audi. Audi USA has the worst customer service policies of ANY automotive manufacturer. After 34K miles my power steering stopped working causing a safety issue. When you can’t turn the steering wheel at any speed, it’s not good. Since my A4 was 14 days out of warranty and I missed an oil change by like 2K miles ( by the way, what does the power steering have to do with an oil change?). Audi USA would do nothing. BTW, in the almost one month my A4 was at the dealership, I went and purchased my FIFTH Jaguar for my wife’s daily driver. It actually took my Audi USA representative a week to call me back at one point. More
